Depending on the dough and filling, we can also offer gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian or vegan empanadas. We are also flexible in terms of how they are cooked and can provide the empanadas hot from the oven or as fresh dough pieces for you to bake yourself.

But we’re not flexible when it comes to quality. We only use reputable Swiss suppliers and buy all our ingredients fresh. As with all Volcancito products, we prepare the empanadas ourselves and do not use any preservatives and colouring.
